The following terms and conditions apply to all shipments from Omini Pets. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
General Shipping Terms
Omini Pets strives to meet all shipping estimates provided at the time of purchase. However, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, and local postal service efficiency.
All shipping dates are estimates and not guarantees. Omini Pets is not liable for any delays in delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Omini Pets has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Delays due to customs are not the responsibility of Omini Pets.
Loss or Damage During Transit
Omini Pets is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Omini Pets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times are separate from shipping times. While we strive to process orders quickly, there may be delays during peak periods or due to stock availability.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Omini Pets is no longer responsible for the shipment. Any issues, such as delivery delays, lost packages, or damage in transit, should be addressed directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omini Pets disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to shipping, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Omini Pets be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the shipping of your order, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if Omini Pets has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
